PropertyHandle :: IsTransientReference - Is property handle a transient reference?
The function returns, whether a property handle refers to a transient reference. Transient references can be defined in the data model as reference in a complex data type.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
