When opening a database without explicitly defining a schema version number, the minor version set for the dictionary is checked as well. When the minor schema version of the database is higher than the dictionary minor version, the database is newer than the dictionary and cannot be opened.

In order to suppress minor schema version check, the schema version might be defined explicitly in the data source.
