An error occurred during opening the database. Check the path definition for the database in the configuration or ini-file. Another reason could be that the database has been opened exclusively by another application.

When opening a database in read mode, the database file must already exist. Opening a database in write mode and database file does not yet exist, it will be created when the file location contains a valid directory path.
