IndexManager :: CreateKWEntries - Create keyword entries

The function removes all words, which are not keywords and creates a property handle for each valid keyword with the keyword selected. Usually, the function is called from LocateKeywords(), but it might be called explicitly by the application as well. Keyword entries are required for creating the keyword result set.
