IndexManager :: EnableTypeList - Enable/disable 'type list' option

The function enables the "type list" option, which causes the index manager create type depending object lists for the keywords in addition to the common object list.

The default for the "type list" option is taken from the type_list option in the indexManager() section of the configuration file passed to the calling program.
