IndexManager :: ResetLexTerm - Reset lexical base for selected keyword

GetKeyword() or Next() are trying to generate a proposal for a lexical base for the (new) keyword currently selected. Since lexical base decisions should be made manually, automated processes, which do not provide user interactions, should reset the lexical base in order to avoid an allocation of a lexical base for the term.
