PropertyHandle :: GetSelectedKey - Get selected key value

The function returns the key value for the selected instance. When no instance is selected the function returns the value for the selected key, which might have been located with the LocateKey() or NextKey() function.

When neither a key nor an instance is selected, the function returns an empty key instance.
