PropertyHandle :: Inherits - Does property inherit from passed type
The function returns whether the current type of the property handle is identical or a specialization of the type name passed in strnames (YES) or not (NO). When no instance is selected the function checks the type defined for the property handle. In contrast to IsBasedOn(), the function returns YES, when the current type is identical with the type name passed in strnames.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
