PropertyHandle :: IsInitInstance - In instance initialized instance
When the instance has been provided with the GetInitInstance() function the instance has not yet been created and access is limited for subordinated property handles. The function returns whether the selected instance in the property handle is an initialized instance or not.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
