PropertyHandle :: IsTransientAttribute - Is attribute transient
The function returns, whether an attribute has been explicitly defined as transient attribute. In contrast to IsTransient(), the function returns false (NO) for attributes in temporary or transient collections.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
