PropertyHandle :: IsValidText - Checks text fields for valid characters
The function validates a text according to the characters passed in string. If the property handle does not refer to a text file or if the text contains other characters than defined in the string the function returns false (NO).
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
