PropertyHandle :: operator!= - Compare two property instances (not equal)
The operation compares the two operands and returns false (NO) when they are identical and true (YES) otherwise.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
