BNFParser :: isValid - Check whether parser is valid
The parser is valid, when it has been created (create()) successfully. The function returns true, when the parser is valid and false otherwise.
Return value: Success ( bool )
The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false.
