Binary :: operator!= - Are binary data different
This operator is implemented for convenience fulfilling the method compare(). The function return true, when binary data block operands are not equal and false otherwise.
Return value: Success ( bool )
The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false.
