Database :: systemVersion - ODABA system schema version
The property provides the schema version of the ODABA system dictionary, which is the dictionary of a dictionary. The ODABA system dictionary is a built-in dictionary, which may change with new ODABA system version.
Return value: System version ( int32 )
The system version is the schema version of the ODABA database model.
