Property :: collectionLockedForUpdate - Is collection locked for update

The function checks, whether the collection has been locked for update calling lockCollectionForUpdate(). When the collection is locked, the function returns true. Instances are also locked implicitly, when being stored in a transaction.

When the property does not handle a collection, when no instance is selected in the parent property or when the property handle is not valid, the function throws an exception.
