PropertyDefinition :: isExtent - Is property defining an extent
A property is defining an extent when it refers to a global extent definition. Global extents are all collections which do not belong to an instance. Global collections (extents) can be defined in any namespace.
If the function is not called with a valid database property definition it throws an exception.
Return value: Success ( bool )
The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false.
