PropertyDefinition :: namespaceID - Internal namespace identifier

The internal name space identifier (NSID) refers to the active name space of an extent, i.e. the internal number of the namespace the extent belongs to. Properties, which are not extents, will return 0 as namespace number.

If the function is not called with a valid property definition it throws an exception.
