Time :: addSeconds - Add seconds to time value
The function adds a number of seconds to the current date and returns the new time value.
Return value: Time value ( odaba::Time & )
The time value is passed in the ODABA Interface::Time format and provides time in 1/100th seconds.

Time :: addSeconds ( int32 iSeconds )
The number of seconds passed in iSeconds is added to the time value. Time values may exceed 24 hours.
