TypedString :: elementLocator - Get element locator

Element locator (position, key or identifier) are available for selected instances in ESDF, XML and OIF formatted strings. Other exchange types support position element locator, only. An instance or value has to be provided before by calling nextElement(). When no element is available, the function throws an exception.
