Implementation identifier

For some method types (functions, expressions and document templates) ODABA supports different implementations by defining explicit implementation names. When only one implementation is defined for a method, the implementation name can be omitted. When no implementation name has been defined, a default name is created for the only implementation when the type of method requires an implementation name.
