Internal type number

Usually, internal type numbers are defined by the system and need not to be passed explicitly. Since user may also define unique numbers for persistent data types, the number might be defined explicitly here.

Type numbers between 0 and 1000 are reserved by the system, i.e. type user-defined numbers should start with 1001.
