Alignment attribute

The alignment attribute is an OXML extension, which is used to align elements in a instance e.g. on word boundary. This is important for instances provided within a C++ environment on several UNIX platforms (e.g. SUN Solaris). The alignment will not affect the storage format of stored instances and can be changed in a running system.
