sub_version - Database minor version

Each database version, which corresponds to a schema version, may have any number of minor versions. Within minor versions, the object models will not change but the functional model or the dynamic model might be updated. Minor versions are explicitly defined by the user to indicate changes in the functional or dynamic model.
