sub_values - Child lists

Any number of child lists with subordinated categories can be defined for a value in a value list. Thus, a value hierarchy can be defined.

When defining a classification, usually all value lists for a classification do have the same name. This allows defining different subdivisions for one item by using different classification names for the sub lists.
