BuiltinActions :: XMLImport - Import from XML file

The action allows importing data from an XML file to the selected object or to the collection defined in the data source. The action pops up with a read-file dialog in order to define the source location.

When an object instance is selected in the data source and the collection does not have got unique key(s) the object instance from the file will be imported to the selected instance. Otherwise, instances from the import file are imported into the collection overwriting existing instances and creating none existing ones. In order to import data which differs in structure and hierarchy from the target, an data exchange schema can be provided in the SCHEMA element on top of the import file.

While importing, no filter condition should be set.
