Region :: layout - Region heading layout property
The region layout property defines the default layout settings for the region heading (static list item or column labels). The region heading layout is completed by the column layout and the control layout.
Return value: Font definition ( odabagui::Layout )
Font definition includes all font properties including size and color.

The current region layout is determined from the settings for the region and control. Layout elements not defined for the region are taken from the control layout.
