Goto - Go to line or paragraph (Ctrl+G)

The action requests a line number to go to. When line-wrap is enabled or when text is displayed in a rich text control, the function selects the the paragraph with the number passed. In order to use relative line numbers, the action has to be overloaded for corresponding controls (ControlContext class).
