PlainText - Display and edit plain text (Ctrl+F10)

Rich text is stored as tagged text similar to HTML or as simple HTML text. One may toggle between formatted text display and plain or raw text by calling PlainText action. Experienced users may also edit plain text, which sometimes helps to overcome limited functionality provided by the rich text control.
