ResetSelection - Reset previously set selection filter

The reset selection action will reset all (cascading) selections set for the current region (property handle). After resetting the filter, the list will be refreshed and all instances will be shown, again.

Selections (filter) are reset for the current region's property handle, i.e. selections for other regions are still active.

The action is disabled, when no selection is set.
