TextTopMarginLess - Decrease top margins
The Action decreases the paragraph's top margins by 6 points. When the text indent level is 0, the action has no effect. The action is supported for rich text controls.
Notes:
Sometimes, the function does not have an effect, since the previous paragraph has got bottom margins (e.g. 12 points). Since the distance between two paragraphs is calculated from the maximum of bottom margins for the previous paragraph and the top margins for the next paragraph, bottom margins may 'overwrite' top margins. In order to change bottom margins, plain text has to be edited (action PlainText)
