Event action elements
Two kinds of subordinated elements may be defined: a list of sub actions and a list of group actions:
Sub actions and group actions are alternative, but this is not checked. When defining both, group actions will be ignored. The Referenced in tree shows the resources referring to the action.
The action list shows the event actions assigned to the action. In case of menus, menu buttons or tool bars, usually an action list is required for defining action items for the complex action. In order to create a new event action, one may click the insert or append action from the tool bar or context menu. When entering an event action name. that exists as event action control (event action control tree in the designer), the event action control is linked automatically to the event action.
When not yet existing, the event action is initialized as function action with the action name used as event action name.
Group actions are used for defining a number of actions that may be toggled alternatively. In contrast to action list, group actions are shown on the same level as the event action control is defined, i.e. instead of a single action, all action items in the group are displayed.
