WebKitControl Resources

In order to use the _uc_WebKitControl Qt (>=4.7) has to be installed with WebKit support. The Phonon Backend Plugins (QTDIR/plugins/phonon_backend)' have to be installed into the 'phonon_backend' directory (omit plugins) relative to the executable.

When the libraries for the DLL are provided correctly the _uc_WebKitControl should display a default resource located in 'res/wkc/controls/default/index.html'.
