week_number_width - Width for week numbers

The month calendar displays week numbers on the left side of the calendar. Th width for the week numbers area is calculated from this value. In order to suppress week numbers, this value should be set to 0.

Font settings for week numbers are taken from the font definition set for the control (ADK_FieldControl).
