resizeable - Allow resizing scroll area content

When allowing resizing scroll areas content, the GUI framework optimizes the usage of automatic scroll bars. Scroll bars will be displayed only, when the control size exceeds the minimum size defined for the control. The minumum control size is the size defined in the field control definition (ADK_FieldControl).
