hori_sizing_rate - Horizontal sizing rate

When a parent grid control contains more than one horizontal grid cell, or more than one GUI element in a grid line, a value for horizontal sizing rate might be defined in order to grow GUI elements defined in the parent differently. When using sizing rates, all elements should get a value greater than 0. Nevertheless, the result may not meet the expectations, since the overlapping elements in different grid lines make the size computation difficult.
