vert_sizing_rate - Vertical sizing rate

When a parent grid control contains more than one vertical grid cell, or more than one GUI element in a grid column, a value for vertical sizing rate might be defined in order to grow GUI elements defined in the parent differently. When using sizing rates, all elements in the parent control should get a value greater than 0. Nevertheless, the result may not meet the expectations, since the overlapping elements in different grid rows make the size computation difficult.
