osi - OSI option

Function implementations for a component are, typically, provided as C++ classes. In addition, functionality might also be implemented in OSI classes, which are stored in the OSIComponent project (active namespace). When OSI classes are supported, the component installer allows choosing OSI implementations rather than the C++ class. The OSI option in the installer is activated only, when the component supports OSI.
