sort_case_insensitive - Case insensitive sorting

When the data source refers to a column definition that supports sorting, the option might be set in order to request case insensitive sort order. The option will be ignored for data sources for columns and regions.

The option will be ignored also, when a database sort order is defined for the column (sort_order).
