where - Precondition

The WHERE clause defines a precondition in terms of the view base defined in the FROM clause. The condition is defined as ODABA OSI expression, which may refer to properties in the any path of the FROM clause.

Only instances from the view base, which satisfy the where condition will be evaluated for the view.
