XMLString :: hasAttribute - Has XML element attribute
The function returns true , when the XML element ( XMLString ) contains an attribute with the name passed in sName and false otherwise.
Return value: Success ( bool )
The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false .
