DBSystemVersion - System version administration

ODABA stores an internal system version which is used for checking compatibility of databases and client/server applications. DBSystemVersion allows checking and setting the system version.

In order to set a new dictionary version, a version number has to be passed. When the version number passed is less than the current system version, the dictionary will be reset to the version number passed.
