relationship
A relationship stores links to other object instances (not objects). A relationship property is special reference (local collection) that may or may not own the instances in the collection. Usually, instances in a relationship can be referenced from different locations (extents or other instances). In many cases, relationships are considered as bi-directional a do have an inverse relationship in the referenced instance.
