When opening a database without explicitly defining a schema version number, the minor version set for the dictionary is checked as well. When the minor schema version of the database is higher than the dictionary minor version , the database is newer than the dictionary and cannot be opened.

In order to suppress minor schema version check, the schema version might be defined explicitly in the data source.
