DBFieldDef :: IsTransientAttribute - Does property define a transient attribute?
The function returns true , when the property is defined as transient attribute. When the function is not called with a valid property definition, it throws an exception.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
