ObjectRating :: Evaluate - Evaluate object rating

The function provides max_count objects with the best rating. The objects are stored internally in a list and can be accessed by GetObject (), which returns an object identity. It is also possible to fill (Fill()) instances into a collection. The object list will be removed, when calling Evaluate again or when opening or closing the ObjectRating instance.
