PropertyHandle :: Inherits - Does property inherit from passed type
The function returns whether the current type of the property handle is identical or a specialization of the type name passed in strnames ( YES ) or not ( NO ). When no instance is selected the function checks the type defined for the property handle. In contrast to IsBasedOn (), the function returns YES , when the current type is identical with the type name passed in strnames .
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
