PropertyHandle :: operator<= - Compare two property instances (less or equal)
The operation compares the two operands and returns true ( YES ) when the first operand is smaller than or equal to the second operand and false ( NO ) otherwise.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO .
