Property :: isCursorCopy - Is property handle a copy handle

The property returns whether the property handle is a cursor copy from another property ( true ) or not ( false ). Copy properties are created based on a property handle but using an own cursor. A copy property is closed automatically when its origin is closed.

The property throws an exception, when the property handle is not valid.
