Property :: isShareBaseHandle - Is property handle for base structure
The property returns whether the property handle is a handling an independent (shared) base structure ( true ) or not ( false ).
The property throws an exception, when the property handle is not valid.
Return value: Success ( bool )
The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false .
